Yabuli Cloud Pine Resort

Very nice hotel with a convenient store, the bus to Yabuli town and ski resort are just infront of the hotel. Clean and well kept

I had a pleasant reception at Yunfeng Hotel. The off- season was very apparent as i felt that i was the only guest in the hotel. No breakfast was offered during booking and also none on checking-in. A convenient store attached to the hotel was also Closed and no nearby place to get food. A decent hot meal requires a ride down town Yabuli; by bus about half hour for RMB5. The room was small, warm and cozy; comfortable for 1 person. The cleanliness of the place is commendable. However, i did not manage to figure out how to turn up the temperature for the shower during my stay. The room was rather dry while sleeping which a humidifier would have helped. It is no frill type of stay (ie. no complimentary beverage and strictly 2 small bottles mineral water (fortunately i chose a room with twin bed) despite the room rate; quite unlike most hotels i have stayed in China It is indeed conveniently located at the main road of the ski resort with a bus stop to its name. I was given a room overlooking a ski slope with the rising sun in the morning. A beautiful sight indeed.

Average hotel with a small ski slope next door for beginners. Can be reach on public bus from Yabuli west station if you haven’t prebook pickup.

I feel completely misled by the ratings, which, in hindsight, seem suspiciously fake. I paid US$350 for a two-night stay, which is absolutely outrageous considering the hotel’s standards. Frankly, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free—it totally ruined my vacation. Cons: - The hotel’s name is actually Yun Ding Hotel, our taxi driver struggled to find it, driving up and down the street multiple times. - There was a kettle in the room, but no cups, tea, or coffee. - There was two small bottles of water, which were never replenished, even after housekeeping on the second day. - The floor was extremely dusty. I had to clean it myself. - The lighting system is terrible—everything is either on or off despite several switches in the room. If you need to use the bathroom at night, every single light in the room will turn on even though I just flip the toilet light switch. - The breakfast was appalling. We were served a pot of watery, barely warm porridge, a plate of cold buns, and three cold vegetable dishes. I ended up ordering fried rice separately and had to pay for it. When I asked for coffee, they said they had none. Not having a warm breakfast in cold weather is terrible. - The staff were poorly trained and unhelpful. Any simple request was met with “Let me check,” and never a straightforward answer. When I asked if I could have coffee or tea, the front desk clerk just stared blankly and said, “We don’t have.” Pros: - Ms. Lee, who organized our activities, provided excellent service. She was attentive, responsive on WeChat, and efficiently handled all our requests. After complaining to her about our breakfast, she tried her best to organize what we wanted but still it was far below the standard of a proper hotel. Yes, there was heated floor and proper heating but I think that would be standard in all hotel. Conclusion: If you don’t want to end up disappointed, choose a proper hotel—like the one across the street.

玩得很開心，酒店很乾凈，環境不錯，管家全程貼心服務，酒店旁邊還有自帶滑雪場，初學者衹需要初級雪道就夠啦哈哈，朋友們請的教練都很不錯，他們是113趙永慶教練，48丁玉霞，117陳教練，32喬教練，單板好好玩，教練誇我學得快，很開心的一次旅遊🤟🏼

衞生狀況還行，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，但還算能住，紙巾給得扣扣搜搜，工作人員沒有任何服務可言，要啥啥不行，延遲退房也不行，幫忙叫車也不行，管家都不回消息，附近沒東西吃，衹能吃酒店食堂，味道一般，雪場還 OK，尤其是要給教練小哥哥陸振華五星好評，非常勤快，服務很貼心，這份工作挺辛苦的，感謝！
